# FAQ - Troubleshooting [**Issue: GridTracker Map Doesn't Show all Your QSOs (or Live Data or even PSK data)**](#issue-gridtracker-map-doesnt-show-all-your-qsos)\ [**Issue: GridTracker QSO Status (and Map) Shows an "Incorrect" Count of QSOs**](#issue-gridtracker-qso-status-and-map-shows-an-incorrect-count-of-qsos)\ [**Issue: You're not hearing audio alerts from GridTracker**](#issue-youre-not-hearing-audio-alerts-from-gridtracker)\ [**Issue: You can't seem to get the Call Roster feature to initiate transmissions (to answer a CQ.)**](#issue-you-can-t-seem-to-get-the-call-roster-feature-to-initiate-transmissions-to-answer-a-cq)\ [**Issue: PSK Reporter spots are gone and now I'm seeing areas of various colors.**](#issue-psk-reporter-spots-are-gone-and-now-im-seeing-areas-of-various-colors) ## Issue: GridTracker Map Doesn't Show all Your QSOs **(or Live Data grids or even PSK data)** Action:  You have almost certainly (inadvertently)  limited the display of your Logbook data.   * Check Map View Filters to see if you have limited the band/mode/propagation/or data settings to limit the data the map shows * Check your **Settings>Logging** settings to see if you are automatically importing data you want from local and/or internet sources * Check the  **Settings>Logbook menu** to see if you have enabled the "Working Callsigns" and or \ "Calendar" options.  If you have enabled "Working Callsign(s)" then make sure your callsign is entered correctly in the box. Action: You may have inadvertently pressed the MH4/MH6 button on the control Panel. You may have switched from MH4 (displaying a Maidenhead resolution of 4 digits such as EM79) to MH6 (6 digits such as EM79vq). Select the MH4/MH6 button and see if your “missing” grids return. ## Issue: GridTracker QSO Status (and Map) Shows an "Incorrect" Count of QSOs Action:  You have almost certainly selected an option that affects the display of your Logbook data.   * Check your **Settings>Logging** settings to verify you are automatically importing data you want from local files and/or internet sources   ## Issue: You're not hearing audio alerts from GridTracker Action:  Check to make sure that you haven't inadvertently clicked the "Audio Mute" button in the GridTracker Features menu to turn mute the program sound.    ## Issue: You can't seem to get the Call Roster feature to initiate transmissions (to answer a CQ.) Action:  Review the settings requirements listed in the [Configuring WSJT-X for GridTracker](Appendices/Appendix-B-Configuring-WSJT-X-and-JTDX-for-GridTracker.md) and make sure all of them are turned on. ## Issue: PSK Reporter spots are gone and now I'm seeing areas of various colors. Action: You may have inadvertently pressed the “H” key on your keyboard and enabled the Heat Map mode. Press “H” again to toggle back to the spot mode.
